God is our refuge and strength, A very present help in trouble. Psalms 46:1
God is our refuge. He is the place that we go to when we need help. When we need shelter we can go to God. When we need strength we can go to Him. He is the one that gives us strength. We can turn to God when things are hard. He is our refuge.
